Hey bot fiend,

 | 3 Tips & Tricks |
01 Give your bot a copywriting method Day 3 of the crash course covers routines: when the work runs. A skill gives your bot written instructions for how to do a particular job.
The RMBC skills collection packages Stefan Georgi’s copywriting methodology into skills for tasks such as hooks, product pages, and copy audits. Try the copy-audit skill on an existing product page. Include your customer research and product facts. Ask it to flag weak claims, missing proof, and unanswered objections before it rewrites a line. 02 Pick a skill for the job in front of you Corey Haines’s Marketing Skills covers the broader marketing desk: SEO, conversion optimization, email, analytics, and more.
Choose a page you want to improve. Give the bot your audience, offer, and the action visitors should take. Ask for a conversion audit: what would it change first, and why? Install the relevant skill using your agent’s supported setup, and check that it can load it before starting. 03 Let support questions improve the store Give your CS bot a batch of recent tickets and ask: “Group the recurring questions, cite example tickets, and suggest one FAQ or policy update for each theme.” Start with a small export or pasted sample.
The Grok Bot team’s support guide shows workflows for churn analysis, refund review, and reporting. For connections, xAI lists Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, and HubSpot through API/MCP integrations. Built-in Grok Bot connectors for each platform remain unverified here; check your account’s available connections. Gorgias also offers an official MCP in beta; its connection to Grok Bot remains untested here. |

01 Product Support Inbox Assistant By Anoop Baliga
Paste a customer question and a public product-docs URL. This bot drafts an answer with source links. Its instructions require your approval before sending; Gmail, Slack, and Granola connections are optional.

Turn your keywords into content ideas and briefs for a writer. Start with your site URL or a pasted keyword list; connect Search Console if you want it to work from that data. It prepares briefs rather than finished articles.

 | 1 Agentic Alpha |
Give your agents a map. I use Company Brain from Corey Haines’s Maker Skills to organize existing files and folders into one repository my agents can navigate and keep up to date. It also gives me a starting structure for a new setup. Start with the material you already have: policies, product notes, customer language, meeting notes, and decisions. Give each category a clear home and add an INDEX.md that tells the agent where to look.
Tell the agent where to file new notes. Mark which documents have been reviewed and which have been replaced. Company Brain includes capture, compile, review, and lint workflows for that maintenance.
The approach carries across agents, including Grok Bots when they have access to the repository. Start with your support policies and FAQs. Add other parts of the business as you need them. |
